Millbrook Beerwah is the flagship development for Millbrook Projects in Beerwah.
Located on the former Beerwah Timber Mill, the over 20,000m2 site was transformed into a thriving community of 48 freestanding single-level homes complete with recreational community pool & BBQ area.
The ambition of the project was to provide spacious, detached townhomes with contemporary designs in a landscaped setting. Key focuses were around livability with wide roadways, privacy fencing and double garages as standard.
Built over four stages and using a selection of finishes, facades, and floor plans from Award-Winning Sunshine Coast builder Ausmar Homes, the development successfully sold out prior to completion in 2020 with over 80% owner-occupier from first home buyers through to downsizers.
